The Leadership of Development and Industrialization Department of Ministry of Science and Technology come to TYSiC to inspect the 3rd Generation Semiconductor.
In the morning of Oct. 26th, Zhou Jifeng - The Deputy Director of High-Tech Development and Industrialization Department of Ministry of Science and Technology, along with Zhao Yuhai - the Former Director of High-Tech Development and Industrialization Department of Ministry of Science and Technology and Zheng Haitao - Director of the Science & Technology Dept. of Guangdong Province, coming to TYSiC to inspect and give some guidance to the work. They have some guidance on R&D of material , supply chain construction, application scenarios and so on of the third generation semiconductor research and development process, and they encourage R & D enterprises to corporate with the terminal application of enterprises and to promote the deep integration of political research.
