The 9th European Conference on Silicon Carbide & Related Materials was held from September 2nd to September 6th,2012 in St. Petersburg, Russia. More than 500 people from over 26 countries attended this conference.
The subject of this conference was mainly about the latest developments of Silicon Carbide and other related materials in the word, which included crystals , epitaxial growth , characterizations and controlling of materials’s properties , latest research results and processes of producing crystals , as well as the technology of manufacturing equipments and procedures to apply them . The goal of that conference was to better improve Silicon Carbide industries and the related ones .
Li Xiguang , manager of the company , was the leader of the group . During that conference , we exhibited our latest products , in the meantime , we also communicated with some famous professionals and other companies in the word . Our products were well accepted by the industry.
