On the afternoon of August 14th , president of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Zhou Ji and former vice president Wu Hequan , accompanied by Dongguan municipal party secretary , Committee secretary of the standing committee Xu Jianhua and a member of municipal committee of Dongguan City , vice mayor Liang Guoying , inspected our company with a group of 28 people , including academicians and other experts .
